The world spoke the language of humankind in the UAE (United Arab Emirates), a country which is known for its giving, for six months and offering hope for a good and better future, he added, emphasising that most pavilions will stay standing in the city, and other related academic and cultural events will continue.

He also praised the prominent Emirati model of volunteering at Expo Dubai 2020, proving that around 33,000 volunteers provided leading services and relieved the visits of more than 24 million visitors.

All countries that took part in Expo 2020 Dubai were treated with high respect, equality and appreciation, and many celebrated their national days at the event itself, said Sheikh Nahyan.

The UAE, upon the directions of its wise leadership, believed in chances and was formed to address the challenges and convert them into opportunities, which is the legacy of the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, he added, while highlighting that the UAE has successfully come over the consequences of the COVID-19 and organised the most crucial cultural event in the world.

While talking about the top youth empowerment solutions offered by the event, Sheikh Nahyan explained that the youth was the fundamental pillar of Expo 2020 Dubai and a central component of all initiatives, conferences and events that took place during the event, which described a platform for the voices of the youth, allowing them to communicate their views and aims and also highlight their challenges.
