It is noticed that only the officials of Saint Lucia decided not to make changes in their investment amounts of the Citizenship by Investment Programme (CIP). This decision of the CEO Mc Claude led to less economic contribution through the Citizenship by Investment Programme according to trade analysts, still, the government of Saint Lucia stood in favour of the head of the Programme.

The ministers mentioned that the steps of Mc Claude Emmanuel are benefiting the plans of the government in different related economic sectors. The tourism minister also stated the Citizenship by Investment Programme is firm and impact.

CEO Emmanuel structured the Citizenship by Investment Programme in such a way that Saint Lucia became one of the major choices for investment by high-networth individuals. The works by the Citizenship by Investment Unit brought huge growth in the programme under the leadership of Mc Claude Emmanuel even after being new in the industry.
