Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates: Abu Dhabi police teams participating in the World Police and Fire Games in Winnipeg, Canada, won eight gold, five silver and five bronze medals on the fifth and sixth days of the World Police Games, according to the information provided by the Police through official social media.
According to the update, the Gold medals were all from Al-Shaali Hassan in the athletics competition (walking 5000 meters), Sultan Al-Zanhani in the athletics contest (3000 obstacles 30-34 age group), Sari Al-Hammadi (3000 obstacles 35-39 age group), Fahd Al-Balushi, Majid Al-Briki, Mahdi Al-Ahbabi and Khalid Al-Kaabi in the archery competition (team rifle), Ahmed Al-Shahi in the competition (rowing 2000 age group 18-29).
Additionally, Ali Musafar in the competition ( rowing 2000 age group 30-34), Ali Nasib Wasif Mayouf and Shaali Hassan in the triathlon competition (followed by the age group 18-29), Abdullah Al-Minhali, Jaber Mansouri and Sultan Al-Zanhani in the triathlon (30-35 age group).
Furthermore, the Abu Dhabi Police stated that Khaled Al-Kaabi won the silver medals in the competition (Venice Shooting), Ibrahim Al-Taniji in the competition (Rowing 2000 age group 35-39), Ibrahim Al-Shamsi in the competition (rowing 2000 age group 30-34), Saud Al-Kaabi in the triathlon competition (single), Ali Al-Kaabi, Faisal Al-Shahi and Haza Galaf in the triathlon (18-29 age group).
Meanwhile, along with this the bronze medal was won by Muaz Fawzi in the athletics competition (110 obstacles for the age group 18-29), Majid Al-Briki in the (Venice archery), Sultan Al-Shahi in the competition (rowing 2000 age group 40-44), Salam Gamal in the triathlon (individual), Mohamed Al-Ghafry, Nayef Al-Marzouqi and Sari Al-Hammadi in the triathlon competition (following age group).
