Dubai: Maj. Gen. Jamal Salem Al-Jalaf witnesses opening of “Youth Meeting Future Leaders 2023” event

UAE: Major General and Director of the General Directorate for Investigation and Criminal Investigation in Dubai Police, Jamal Salem Al-Jalaf, witnessed the opening of the “Youth Meeting Future Leaders 2023”. 

The events were organized by the Department of Administrative Affairs of the General Directorate for Investigation and Forensic Investigation at Hayat Park Hotel Dubai. 

The event was held in the presence of Dean Saeed Al-Ayali, Deputy Director General for Investigation and Control, Dean Muhammad Aqeel Ahly, Deputy Director General, Sub-Directors, etc. From the officers, individuals, and staff.

The meeting’s activities discussed empowering the youth, strengthening their role in criminal work, encouraging ideas and innovations they present to develop their career in administrative, technical, smart technologies, artificial intelligence, and other areas, contributing to achieving the strategic goal of the Dubai Police General Command to enhance security and work to please the community members.

Major General Gamal Al-Jalaf confirmed in the opening of the events of the meeting the General Command of Dubai Police, with directions from the Highness of the Team, Abdullah Khalifa Al-Mary, to invest, support the youth and empower them to perform their duties, especially in the field of criminal work. 

He noted the General Administration for Investigations and Forensic Researchers established a special council for the youth Within the framework of the Young Leadership Council at the level of the General Command of Dubai Police to work to strengthen and support the capabilities of young cadres to achieve excellence and leadership in the various specialized areas they work in.

Brigadier General Al-Jalaf called on the attention of the General Administration for Investigations and Forensic Investigators in all its departments to support the excellence of its cadres to reach the local and international crowning platforms. 

Al Jalaf also cited the full support of the excellence of their ideas and supported them in their implementation, reflecting on strengthening security and achieving leadership in Dubai Police.

Two distinguished Cliff Brigadier in the General Administration for Investigation and Forensic Investigators were able to participate in conferences and workshops, join global police organizations, and work with officers from different countries of the world in combating organized crime, which had a significant impact in uncovering many cases globally.

Brigadier General Al-Jalaf assured the General Administration for Investigations and Forensic Investigators to receive all suggestions and ideas from young people on what contributes to the development of the work career, wishing all participants in the meeting success in performing their duties in the service of their country.

The events of meeting witnessed the introduction of several young people in the General Directorate for Investigation and Forensic Investigators to their success stories in criminal work at the level of international contributions. 

At the end of the meeting’s events, Major General Naeem Jouma of Hayat Park Hotel emphasized their role in hosting the meeting’s activities.
