Dubai Police rewards a 75-yr-old for loosing weight

Dubai Police authorities, under its' initiative 'Positive Spirit', honours a 75-year-old man Ahmed Muhammad Ali for losing significant weight as he took participate in the "Lose Weight, Stay Healthy" fitness programme in Oud Al Muteena 1 Park.

Abu Dhabi, UAE: Dubai Police authorities, under its’ initiative ‘Positive Spirit’, honours a 75-year-old man Ahmed Muhammad Ali for losing significant weight as he took participate in the “Lose Weight, Stay Healthy” fitness programme in Oud Al Muteena 1 Park.

Speaking on the initiative of the Dubai Police, the Acting Director of the General Department of Community Happiness in Dubai Police and Chairman of the Positive Spirit Initiative Committee – Colonel Ali Khalfan Al Mansouri, stated, the forces are inclined to organise such events which will assist them in creating awareness related to fitness such as – exercise, and that too especially during the times of Ramadan.

Meanwhile, as per in view of Captain Awad Mubarak – the Coordinator of the Positive Spirit Initiative, asserted the ‘Lose Weight, Stay Healthy’ initiative creates awareness among the general public about the significance of losing and maintaining a balanced weight as well as a healthy lifestyle.  

Captain Mubarak then outlined the importance of taking nutrition for every age group, adding that exercising during the time of Ramadan assists one individual in bolstering heart and lung muscles, which strengthens the ability of ones’ body to withstand fasting, augmenting the immune system.  

These gestures of the Dubai Police won the heart of the United Arab Emirates population. This will surely encourage and motivate the rest of the population to take care of their health and eat a healthy balanced diet for their health. 

Additionally, Dubai Police informed that the student council had concluded the activities of the Spring 2022 Forum under the slogan “Our Spring is Skill and Leadership”, in cooperation with the Emirates Foundation for School Education and the Knowledge and Human Development Authority in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
