Dubai Tourist Police familiarise Anantara World Islands Employees with Security Services

Dubai Tourist Police Department organised a lecture to raise the awareness of the Anantara World Islands Resort employees on smart police services, security procedures, and public safety measures.

Dubai: Coinciding with World Tourism Day, the Dubai Tourist Police Department organised a lecture to raise the awareness of the Anantara World Islands Resort employees on smart police services, security procedures, and public safety measures.
The awareness lecture was carried out in partnership with the Dubai Economy and Tourism Department and in cooperation with internal partners.
Brigadier Khalfan Obaid Al Jallaf, Director of Dubai Tourist Police, said that Dubai Police is always keen on familiarising the hospitality industry with the safest ways to serve Dubai visitors and tourists and ensure their happiness and satisfaction.
“The Department, in collaboration with the strategic partners, always strives to improve the quality of life of community members and establish active communication channels with them in different languages,” Al Jallaf added.
He pointed out that such awareness lecturers, under the directive of H.E Lt. Gen. Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-chief of Dubai Police, and follow-up from H.E Major General Jamal Salem Al Jallaf, Director of the General Department of Criminal Investigation (CID), seek to attain Dubai Police’s strategic aims toward enhancing the communication between the public and private sectors.
They are a part of the Department’s effort to achieve Dubai Police’s strategic objectives toward enhancing communication between the public and private sectors.
The employees were introduced to the e-crime platform, types of drugs and their negative effects, Smart Police Stations (SPS) services, and Lost & Found system at Dubai hotels, in addition to how and when to contact the police in case of emergency on 999 and non-emergency situations on 901.
