Egypt:Â The Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Culture, Dr Hisham Azmy, opened the events of the first night of the Ahla Ramadan nights, organized by the National Center for Children’s Culture.
The event was headed by the writer Muhammad Nassif, nights in the Children’s Cultural Garden in Sayyida Zeinab, managed by the researcher Walaa Muhammad, at nine p.m. on Thursday, March 30, and the eighth of the month. Blessed Ramadan, said reports.
The opening events began with a variety of art shows, including the skirt show, the bridal theatre, the reds, and the brides of the Crocodile band for the Marionette, then the exhibition of paintings of the winners of the State Award for the Young Creative in its second round, followed by Dr Hisham Azmy, writer Muhammad Abdul Hafiz Nasif, and the rest of the staff of the Supreme Council for Culture.
Furthermore, the National for Children Culture tour of various visual arts workshops on the small stage, followed by a meeting with the winner of the State Prize for Young Creative in the field of poetry, student David Barah Atta, in the presence of the poet Ahmed Antar, and the meeting director Walid Kamal.
On his part, Dr Hisham Azmy, Secretary-General of the Supreme Council for Culture, thanked Dr Niveen Al-Kilani, the Minister of Culture, for providing all means of support during the organization of nights (Welcome Ramadan), as well as continuing to support other cultural events organized by the Supreme Council of Culture during the holy month of Ramadan.
He continued his speech, saluting the minister, Culture, to all attendees as he extended his deepest thankfulness to all the National Center for Children’s Culture staff headed by the playwright Muhammad Abdul-Hafiz Nassif and all the participants in the success of this heritage cultural demonstration.
Moreover, his speech was quoted welcome to the audience of the Cultural Park in Mrs Zeinab, wishing them a blessed time during the holy month and enjoy in a collection of various art pieces on Ramadan nights.
It is noted that the Ramadan Nights program included several artistic performances, including:
– The Cultural Garden team’s performance was titled: (Complement Some) for the people of inspiration, trained by the artist Manal Muneeb.
– The exhibition band (Bat Webs) is titled: (Hello Ramadan) led by the artist Abdul Rahman Oscar and Ahmed Saeed.
– Opera (The Messenger Nour Ainy) for the choral team (peace) led by the maestro. Produced by the National Center for Child Culture.
– Wael Awad, the program also includes performances from the national circus arts and a play: (Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves), presented by the Art House of Folk and Exhibition Arts. On the margin of (Hello Ramadan) celebrations.
The Heritage and Folk Exhibition are being held with participation from cultural centres of the countries: Yemen, Morocco, Palestine, Sudan and Al-Jadeer. Noting that the nights of Hello Ramadan will continue until the nineteenth of Ramadan in the Children’s Cultural Park in Sayyida Zeinab.
