Cairo, Egypt: The Minister of Housing of Egypt, Dr Asim Al-Jazar, will start the delivery of residential units in the two outstanding housing projects and Dar-e-Masr in the new city of Damietta on Sunday, September 3, 2023.
Dr Al-Jazar, Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Civil Communities, stated that the development device of the new Damietta City will begin on Sunday, September 3, until Tuesday, October 3, in the delivery of 494 residential units in the distinguished housing project west of the fifth district, and residential units in the Dar Misr project, the fourth phase, in the two neighbourhoods (31 – 34), in the sixth district In the new city of Damietta, and the previous one was introduced during the period of January 15, 2023 to February 16, 2023.
According to the official statement, Engineer Muhammad Khalafallah, the head of the new Damietta City development device, clarified that 48 residential units will be delivered in the distinguished housing buildings from 1: 13, on September 3, and 41 units in the buildings from 14: 21, on September 4, and 37 units in buildings 22 and 23, on September 5, and 40 Unit in two buildings 24 and 25, on September 6, and the allocation on September 7, for those who missed receiving on the previous days, delivery of 42 units in two buildings 26 and 27, on September 10, 40 units in two buildings 28 and 29, on September 11, 44 units in two buildings 30 and 31, on September 12, and 44 units Buildings 32 and 34, September 13, and September 14 assignment, for those who missed pickup on previous dates.
