The Dubai Police General Command organised the force’s fourth Customers Forum at the Atlantis- the Palm earlier to discuss the proactiveness, digitalisation and future of policing services provided to public members.

As per the information shared on the official Facebook page of Dubai Police, the initiative reflects Dubai Police’s keenness to provide customers with exceptional service by reducing the waiting time to issue a traffic accident report. It also assists police patrols in maintaining the traffic flow and strengthens Dubai Police’s partnership and cooperation with private sectors.

The forum was officially inaugurated by His Excellency Major General Dr Abdul Quddus Abdul Razzaq Al Obaidly, Assistant Commandant for Excellence and Pioneering at Dubai Police. They confirmed that Dubai Police strives to ensure the highest levels of community happiness by offering advanced and top-notch services that save the customers’ time and enhance their lifestyles.

Dubai Police has been very active for the last few months. Recently Dubai Police and ENOC signed Agreement to Enhance Motorist’s Experience when Reporting Minor Traffic Accidents at ENOC service stations.

The General Command of Dubai Police and the Emirates National Oil Company (ENOC) has recently signed an agreement to enhance cooperation in their joint ‘On-The-GO’ initiative that allows motorists to report minor accidents at participating ENOC service stations.

The initiative reflects Dubai Police’s keenness to provide customers with exceptional service by reducing the waiting time to issue a traffic accident report. It also assists police patrols in maintaining the flow of traffic flow and strengthens Dubai Police’s partnership and cooperation with private sectors.

Launched in 2015, the ‘On-The-GO’ initiative complements Dubai Police Smart App, via which motorists can also report minor accidents conveniently and seamlessly. It also aims at enabling motorists to report minor accidents at ENOC’s service stations instead of going to the police station, where they may have to wait in long queues to report an accident.
