Castries, Saint Lucia: Ernest Hilaire – The Deputy Prime Minister of Saint Lucia, has extended greetings and warm wishes to his fellow Saint Lucians on the occasion of World Labour Day, 2023.

He took to his official social media account to address the citizens of the Island nation regarding the auspicious occasion and lauded the significant role of the workers in the growth of the country.

According to the shared updates, while extending his heartfelt wishes and congratulatory message to the citizens of Saint Lucia, Deputy Prime Minister Ernest Hilaire also acknowledged the concept of unity in the country. In this regard, he noted that the growth and development of Saint Lucia is only possible with the combined effort and togetherness of the people.

Through his official Facebook account caption, Deputy Prime Minister expressed his joy and happiness regarding the instance of World Labour Day, 2023. Meanwhile, he called the locals and conveyed that the hardworking men and women of Saint Lucia are the true reason behind the nation’s significant growth and wished them a ‘Happy Labour Day.’

He extended his remarks and outlined that “Your hard work and effort must never be allowed to go unnoticed, for you are the reason for the success of our nation.” He emphasized the substantial and major part that has been played by the people of Saint Lucia in order to uplift the nation towards better tomorrow.
