Dominica:Â The Minister of Foreign Affairs, Trade, International Business and Energy of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Dr Vince Henderson, signed a mutual agreement with the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs for the Republic of Gabonese yesterday, March 14th, in order to establish joint cooperation between both countries.
