Unveiled on Wednesday, the project marks the first Trump-branded tower in the region and promises to blend ultra-luxury living with world-class hospitality and amenities

Dubai’s ever-evolving skyline is set to welcome a new architectural marvel with the announcement of the Trump International Hotel & Tower, a landmark 80-storey development to rise in the heart of Downtown Dubai.

Unveiled on Wednesday, the project marks the first Trump-branded tower in the region and promises to blend ultra-luxury living with world-class hospitality and amenities.

The development is the result of a strategic partnership between London-listed luxury real estate firm Dar Global and The Trump Organisation.

This new venture follows the success of their previous collaborations, including Trump Tower Jeddah in Saudi Arabia and Trump International Golf Club and Hotel in Oman.

Standing at 350 metres tall along Sheikh Zayed Road, the Trump International Hotel & Tower will feature sweeping views of iconic landmarks such as the Burj Khalifa and the Arabian Sea.

The tower will house luxury residences, a five-star hotel, and a Trump Members-Only private club, catering to an elite clientele seeking exclusivity and comfort.

“Trump International Hotel & Tower, Dubai is a project that reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence, luxury and innovation,” said Eric Trump, executive vice president of The Trump Organisation, in an official statement.

“We are honoured to partner once again with Dar Global on this landmark development, bringing unparalleled quality and world-class amenities to Dubai’s luxury market.”

Eric Trump, son of former U.S. President Donald Trump, highlighted Dubai’s global appeal and its alignment with the Trump brand’s vision for iconic development.

“Dubai is a global destination that shares our vision for iconic development, and we’re proud to expand the Trump brand in one of the most dynamic cities on earth,” he said.

One of the highlights of the development will be two expansive penthouse duplexes, complete with sky pools and floor-to-ceiling windows inspired by the Trump Tower Penthouse on New York’s famed 5th Avenue.

These residences are designed to offer panoramic views of the city skyline and unparalleled luxury. Developers have also announced the inclusion of the highest outdoor swimming pool in the world, providing residents and guests with a unique and scenic leisure experience.

Additionally, a private resort-style pool exclusive to residents will be part of the property’s premium amenities.

The tower will include bespoke features such as private lounges and personalised guest services, reinforcing the project’s focus on luxury and exclusivity.

“The Trump,” a members-only club within the building, will further enhance its appeal among high-net-worth individuals.

Ziad El Chaar, CEO of Dar Global, emphasised Dubai’s position as a strategic investment hub. “Dubai’s vibrant economy and strategic location make it a prime destination for global investment,” he noted.

“The Trump International Hotel & Tower is perfectly positioned to capitalise on this growth, offering investors a unique opportunity to participate in Dubai’s success story.”

Construction timelines and further details regarding sales and occupancy are expected to be released in the coming months.
