The news of Chrissy dropping out from the show comes when Chrissy has been silent for a while now on social media ever since Stodden called her out for Cyberbullying. Otherwise, Chrissy is known for her engaging presence on the social media.

As per Stodden’s accusations which she revealed in an interview, Chrissy Teigen encouraged the singer to commit suicide and also suggested that Lindsay Lohan physically harm herself intentionally. After that, Chrissy had publicly apologized for her derogatory comments made to the singer via Twitter on May 12.

Teigen said she was lucky to be held accountable for her attitude and behavior. She said, “I’m mortified and sad at who I used to be. I was an insecure, attention seeking troll.”

The model added, “I am ashamed and completely embarrassed at my behavior but that is nothing compared to how I made Courtney feel”. Chrissy apologized to Courtney stating, “I have tried to connect with Courtney privately but since I publicly fueled this, I want to also publicly apologize.. I’m so sorry, Courtney. I hope you can heal now knowing how deeply sorry I am.”

Chrissy not only apologized to Courtney, but also her fans to let them down. She wrote “I’m so sorry to let you guys down. I will forever work on being better than I was 10 years ago, 1 year ago, 6 months ago.”

However, Courtney called Teigen’s apology inauthentic and stated that it felt like a public attempt by her to save her partnerships with various brands. Stodden eventually accepted the apology but claimed the model never reached out privately.
