The ministry further said that it would continue to hold court sessions with families present to account for the ten unnamed people it indicated.

However, while marking the anniversary of the tragedy ministry mentioned, “Certainly, transport ministry had made transfers to the families, who lost their family during the plane incident.”

The Foreign Ministry, in its statement, said, “We have been transparent, and other accused countries tried their best to take advantage of this painful incident to fulfil their political agendas.”

The government released the statement after four countries whose citizens were killed said that the negotiations with Iran were “futile”.

The country had already missed the final deadline for agreeing to multilateral talks on Wednesday.

In a statement, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Canada and Ukraine said that the Iranian government has clearly said a no to group discussion and now they will deal with the country through international laws.

Canada, which has lost most of its citizens, has taken more quickly and strict action out of these.

Meanwhile, on Friday, the Head of Iran’s Foundation of Martyrs and Veterans, Amirhossein Ghazizadeh Hashemi, said that people who lost their lives during the tragedy would consider “martyrs” this will definitely provide them with some privilege.
