As per the recent information, the position secured by Damian E.S Kelsick is an honorary designation which is given to law attorneys who have shown extraordinary skills and possess an outstanding record of practice during their served time, and led by an example of leadership and integrity, and plays a role in the upliftment of the profession.

In addition, Damian Kelsick has been practising the law in several domains, such as trust and Company Law, Corporate Fraud and Commercial Litigation. Attorney Damien Kelsick has been involved in the cases includes,

– Damian successfully represented the Appellant in the case of Bergen v. Evans in 2019 UKPC- Connection Betweens. 163 of the Evidence Act 32 (Experts) of the Civil procedure Rules.

– Anne Bass v Director of Physical Planning SKBHCVAP2016/0004 – whether the Public Authorities securities Act applies to judicial review proceedings.

– Simmonds v Williams (No. 2) 57 WIR 95 – scope of the principle of natural impartiality as it applies to commissions of inquiry

During his serving as an attorney, Damian Kelsick has also represented other major cases and successfully represented their appellants while ensuring the best results for his clients.

Additionally, Damian has also performed the duties of the Bar Association’s Vice President and a Director of the Social Security Board along with the St Kitts and Nevis Tourism Authority.

Moreover, Damian also represented the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis at the designation of Governor General and Chairman of the Integrity Commission under the Integrity in Public Life Act, 

which is established to make provisions for a rule of conduct for the offences of office abuse, misconduct and neglect of duty.
