On social media, the Fujairah Environmental Authority showcased the impressive results of their clean-up efforts through before-and-after photographs.

The initial image displayed a beach marred by streaks of oil resembling wave marks, a stark contrast to the pristine, golden sands seen in the after photo, which illustrated a successful restoration of the area.

The quick response to the spill began as soon as hotels in the vicinity reported the incident. A team from the Fujairah Environmental Authority promptly rushed to the scene, coordinating with specialized companies and affected hotels to contain the situation effectively.

This swift action minimized potential damage to the local ecosystem and ensured that the beach could reopen to the public as soon as possible.

With the oil spill under control and clean-up operations successful, Fujairah’s beach is set to welcome visitors once more, promising a safe and enjoyable experience by the sea.
