Speaking at the event, Al Awar emphasized that the MG RX9’s integration into the force’s fleet demonstrates Dubai Police’s commitment to utilizing advanced technology and cutting-edge systems to ensure public safety and maintain order.

“These modern features are designed to improve traffic and security operations, elevate fieldwork quality, and deliver top-tier services to the public while ensuring high responsiveness,” he said.

Advanced Features for Enhanced Operations

Strengthening Public-Private Partnerships

The addition of the MG RX9 to the patrol fleet also underscores the importance of collaboration between government agencies and private sector partners.

Al Awar praised the partnership between Dubai Police and Inter Emirates Motors, the local distributor of MG Motors, for their support in introducing advanced vehicles to the force.

“This collaboration reflects the strength of integration between government and private organisations, ensuring seamless implementation of community initiatives,” Al Awar stated.

Inter Emirates Motors, represented at the unveiling by General Manager Hisham Al Sahen and other senior officials, expressed pride in contributing to Dubai Police’s ongoing modernization efforts.

Official Unveiling

The MG RX9 was presented in Dubai Police’s iconic green and white livery during the ceremony.

The event was attended by several high-ranking officials, including Colonel Abdullah Atiq Al Kash, Director of the Events Department, Major Jassim Mohammed Abdullah, Head of the Events Section, and First Lieutenant Jumaa Ahmad Mahmoud, Head of the Transport Section.

Representatives from Inter Emirates Motors, including Wholesale Sales Manager Raymond Tarabay and Regional Sales Officer Mohammed Al Haj Hussein, were also present, highlighting the strong collaboration between the entities.

Enhancing Safety and Efficiency

As Dubai continues to grow as a global tourism and business hub, the introduction of advanced vehicles like the MG RX9 aligns with the emirate’s vision of a smart and secure city.

By integrating innovative technology into its fleet, Dubai Police aims to enhance its operational capacity and ensure the safety and satisfaction of residents and visitors alike.

The MG RX9 is expected to play a key role in supporting Dubai Police’s mission to deliver high-quality public services and respond swiftly to the dynamic needs of the city.
