Recently, a full-service real estate agency- Metropolitan Premium Properties, have been advertising one such five-bed luxury accommodation of around 25,000 sq. ft. The splendorous five-bed penthouse triplex is located at the Atlantis The Royal Resorts & Residents on the crescent of The Palm. Undoubtedly, the penthouse is an ideal example of “extravagance at its best.”

The lavish property is on sale at $49 million, and there are chances that after the project is completed, it may witness a hike of treble. It will provide an impressive experience as it includes a private lounge, access to a private beach and admission to five-star amenities.

The penthouse has been counted in the list of most expensive and luxurious apartments in Dubai, with five bedrooms and six bathrooms. Along with an outdoor deck with its infinity pool, which is 90 metres above the ground. The feather on the cap is the eye-pleasing view of Palm Island and the Arabian Sea.

Built and managed by Kerzner, Atlantis, The Royal Dubai, is constructed on the crescent of “The Palm” that comprises 231 luxury apartments, 693 hotel rooms and 102 suites.

Designed by KPF architects, the penthouse’s interiors have been done by Sybille De Margerie, who created the masterpieces with materials ranging from metal to porcelain to glass and leather.

CEO of the Metropolitan Premium Properties, Nikita Kuznetsov, said that the demand for luxurious properties has been increasing in recent years among foreign investors, and there is no regress.

Kuznetsov said, “We have only witnessed a surge in the number of transactions for townhouses and villas, and the interest in the market of shoreline properties have also been increased.”

The Metropolitan Premium Properties is one of the largest and most trusted leading Real Estate Companies. It has stated that international clients, majorly from the UK, CIS and other European countries, were involved in 30 per cent of its transactions. Further, it hoped to continue the trend in 2022 as well.

Barring the current sale, the group’s most significant deal was two penthouses in the W Residence, Palm Jumeirah. They were sold for Dhs102 million to the same buyer. Likewise, one in IL PRIMO Downtown was sold to a European buyer for Dhs42 million.

Since 2008, the city has been all about transformations. One of such significant transformations has been witnessed on The Palm, which is now all about ultra-luxury apartments and hotels.
