Ever-popular Dubai pub The Irish Village in Garhoud is transforming its tennis stadium into an enormous World Cup fan zone.

Usually home to the Dubai Duty-Free Tennis Championships, plus the stage for global gigs and shows, the Stadium is a vast space ideal for Dubai’s football fans and the influx of visitors basing themselves in the city during the World Cup.

The Centre Court will feature standing and seating areas, while shaded tiered seating will also be.
You’ll be able to watch the games on two large screens, including a substantial 36-metre screen right in the middle of the Stadium.

The IV will keep you well-fueled, with classic football food, from bacon sarnies to hot dogs.

Ideal for families wanting to head out to watch the games together, the Stadium will also get livelier as the day goes on, with a DJ on hand to entertain too.

The best bit? Access is free, and no reservations are required. You can rock up and catch all the action, almost as if you were there.
