Pakistan on verge of bankruptcy; pleads other nations for help

Islamabad, Pakistan: Pakistan is moving onto the path of ‘bankruptcy’ and carrying on its old habit of pleading for funds from other nations and hoping for the world’s kindness, says Sakariya Kareem of Asian Lite daily publication.

Islamabad, Pakistan: Pakistan is moving onto the path of ‘bankruptcy’ and carrying on its old habit of pleading for funds from other nations and hoping for the world’s kindness, says Sakariya Kareem of Asian Lite daily publication.

Per the published opinion, Pakistan has been fooling other countries such as the United States, Russia, Muslim Countries and, in recent times, China since its independence in 1947.

The only motive behind such acts is to make them believe that investing and funding Islamabad’s existence would be a matter of their best interest.

According to the saying of former President of Pakistan, Zulfikar Ali Bhutto, ‘’Pakistan would go any limits from eating grass to stay hungry, but we will make our own (Atom Bomb),

there is no other choice in front of us!’’ the current scenario is just the reflection of that statement as the nations have a nuke count of 165 but have left with no food, electricity and other basic resources.

The reports have stated that the stance of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto is also considered symbolic of Pakistan’s priorities and goals as a country. Pakistan has been stuck in the dilemma of Guns Vs Butter allocating its resources to its budgets’’ However, the nation is facing the confusion of Guns Vs Terrorism while being in deep debt and borrowed funds.

Additionally, the column states that the dilemma around the butter aspect has become a problem for the rest of the world.

Out of the PKR 9.579 trillion outlay, at PKR 1,566.698 billion, Defence Affairs and Services are pegged about 16.3 per cent of the total budget. As per the year-on-year increase, there is a 1.94 per cent of GDP and a 14.1 per cent.

Sakariya Kareem further writes in her column that Pakistan has been holding a history of misappropriating resources from the greedy and needy; in the global memory, the embezzlement of international relief aid during the floods in 2010 is still a fresh case.
