Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis: The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) of the Federation of St Kitts and Nevis, under the directives of Prime Minister Terrance Drew, has announced the commencement of the 2023 National Honours Award Nominations. PMO has called the general public and residents to register their entries for the nominations before the deadline of 31 July 2023.
According to the shared information, Prime Minister of Twin Island Federation, Terrance Drew, has taken to his official social media handle to share the update regarding the 2023 National Honours Award Nominations. he urged the citizens and residents of the Caribbean country to participate and register for the nominations.
Prime Minister also shared a flyer through his Facebook account mentioning the details regarding the nominations, which noted that “The Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) wishes to inform the general public that the 2023 National Honours Award Nomination Forms are now available at the Security Desk at Government Headquarters, Church Street.”
In addition to this, it was also conveyed that St Kitts and Nevis is all set to celebrate 40 years of the Anniversary of Independence from 1983 – 2023, under the ideology of “Growing Sustainability, Developing Maturely, Building Resiliency: Independence 40.”
Furthermore, the Prime Minister added that the people of the Caribbean country can access all the required information and details regarding the form submission from the Prime Minister’s Office.
In this context, it was also informed that the 2023 National Honours Award had been a significant and important event to be held in the country.
The general public plays an inevitable and essential role in its commencement as the nominations are highly impacted by them and their participation, said the PMO. Moreover, the authorities have also confirmed that Kittians and Nevisians must submit their applications for the nominations before the set deadline of 31 July 2023.
Meanwhile, the information shared by Prime Minister Terrance Drew also instructed that “The Forms are to be completed and accompanied by a detailed profile of the nominee and submitted to the: Cabinet Secretariat Prime Minister’s Office, Government Headquarters, Church Street, Basseterre, St Kitts and Nevis.”
Additionally, the PMO also extended that the form submissions can also be done through a number of channels, both digital and in person. The nominations can be submitted online through the official website. A QR code was also shared to download the nomination forms, added the PMO. In the end, the update stated, “Forms submitted late will not be considered.”
