The former participants of ‘The Bachellortette’ Season 16, Tayshia Adams, an American television personality, and Zac Clark, the musician have detailed that long-distance relationships and love aren’t easy. The TV personalities no matter if you are a Bachelorette.
Last year, Adams led the dating competition and found her love with Zac and she is currently the co-host of ‘The Bachelorette.’ The star appeared in the podcast of ‘Almost Famous,’ of Ben Higgins and Ashley Iaconetti, and detailed the way helping Katie Thurston took a toll on her own relationship.
Notably, Adams said, “It’s hard to be in a new relationship and then kind of go away for a couple of weeks, you know what I mean? And this is me being real and honest.” The TV star also clarified that it was for her to actually helm her own emotions, as the season of the Katie was too close.
She claimed, “I would even text Zac and be like, ‘I’m thinking of us through this thing. I’m thinking of how you kind of stressed out, like, with me going on a date or how I was feeling. It was tough for me, I was crying a lot.”
Tayshia admitted all this a few days after she and her beau celebrated their one- year of togetherness. The couple had a separation time between New York and California.
While paying tribute to Clark, the star wrote, “At approximately this time 365 days ago, I met you! It’s been a wild ride so far with our lives going a million miles an hour but how lucky are we to have had an amazing week together at the place where it all started AND we were able to renew our wishes a year later?! WILD.”
On the other hand, Zac too mentioned, “I hope your wish came true and I hope you take a minute to breathe and appreciate all YOU have done in the past 365 days since we met. You have done more in a year than most do in a lifetime.” He shared a post via his Instagram and express his love for the star.
The actress while sitting for an Interview for ‘On the Air with Ryan Seacrest,’ stated that she and her addiction, Zac are just doing great. Thus, Adams said, “It’s been so fun living in New York City. And, you know, with the world finally kind of opening up a little bit to where we can go out to dinner and go on dates and stuff like that, New York life, it’s actually giving Orange County/L.A. a run for its money.”
While being the part of the sow the pair got engaged and have not yet decided or thought of their Wedding. Both Adams and Clark are just happy being in the relationship and are perfectly enjoying this phase of their life. They claim that this decision of their effectively makes complete and total sense!
Also, Tayshia appeared for the Podcast of ‘Men Tell All’ and said. “Zac and I are just having a really fun time exploring New York City. We’re doing really, really well. We’re happily engaged, but right now, we’re just really—we’re dating!”
Initially, at the show ‘Cosmopolitan,’ she clarified, ” We are mainly focusing on spending maximum time with his family. His parents are moving back from, they have a place in Naples, Florida. And they’re going back to the shore this weekend. So I’ll finally be able to, like, really hang out with them and have them within driving distance, which is gonna be super fun. Because we haven’t really been able to do that. So that’s the most normal thing we’re doing and looking forward to.”
She further and said, “It’s like a sleepover with your best friend, of course, it is. New York has been such a joy to experience. It’s so different living there as opposed to visiting. It’s a different kind of magic. It’s been fun.”
Thus, this pair is turning stronger and lovely with each day passing by.
On Wednesday, Zac, 37 shared an adorable picture from their date night, and the pair possed arcade guns as Tashiya, 30, showed off her diamond engagement ring. He wrote, “Lara Croft ain’t got nothin’ on me!” However, the TV star also joked and via comments noted, “Enjoy ;)” and referred to the shirt of her beau, which sustained the word.
The couple is mostly located together spending most of the time together on the coasts of New York.
In December 2020, the TV star while talking to ‘PEOPLE,’ said, “We have so many similarities regarding our goals in life. I’ve never been in a relationship like this before. Our communication is phenomenal and I feel really safe with Zac. It just feels so right. And I can’t wait to experience life with him by my side.”
Later, in August, Clark made their one-year anniversary noticeable, while he left to go film the ABC reality series.
Thus, Zac via his Twitter handle tweeted, “Total insanity. One year ago today I was ripping out to Palm Springs to go on @BacheloretteABC. Shooters shoot, glad I shot. Met some incredible humans and learned a lot about life/myself.”
However, in March, Tayshia was noticed without her engagement ring and it was assumed by her fans that the pair have separated. However, later she took the initiative and clarified all these rumors.
She shared a story via her Ig and wrote, “There’s always weird rumors circulating around that I’m not wearing my ring and that Zac and I are broken up. I don’t know what is happening, but you guys, I was holding my phone with my left hand.”
Additionally, she also mentioned, “Thank you so much for being concerned, but we’re good. We’re chilling.”
Earlier, this year, the TV star also revealed their wedding plan with Marie Claire and clarified that there is ‘no such timeline’ yet. Further, Adams stated, “At first, Zac was the person to be like, ‘We could get married next week.’ And I was like, ‘Slow your roll. I’d love to date a year. And now I’m like, ‘You want to … maybe next month?’ And he’s like, ‘Tayshia, slow your roll.’ We’re back and forth. But there’s no timeline. It’s definitely going to happen. I just don’t know when.”
In 2020, the love story of the pair started and soon Adams and Zac got engaged, on the Season’s finale. Last month, to mark their day of love, both of them shared heartfelt Instagram posts and made the day more special.
Tayshia shared two beautiful videos depicting their first night of togetherness while being a part of season 16 of the ABC reality series. The other one showed how they both made a wish at a gorgeous fountain in a tropical setting.
She added to the caption and wrote, “Happy to have you by my side, Clarky. 143♥️ #happydaythatimetyou.”

Significantly, the TV star recently was awarded by MTV for her adorable leading and hosting for the show, ‘The Bachelorette.’ She also hosted ‘Entertainment Tonight,’ and a pair of podcasts for ‘Bachelor Happy Hour’ and ‘Click Bait with Bachelor Nation.’
Clark appreciated Tayshia’s success and achievements and also wrote, “And most importantly…. [you do] tons of others— the ‘public’ does not get to see which includes showing up for the people you love, including me….thank you. KEEEEEEEEP GOINGGGG .”
