And if any take your fancy, prepare to pack your bags and check in when they are welcoming guests.

With a launch confirmed to go ahead before we hit 2023, Vida Dubai Marina & Yacht Club’s location will treat guests to views of the boat-filled marina it finds itself in.

With 158 rooms and residences, the new hotel is hoping to cater to all needs – with business facilities, working spaces, social dining options, marina views, vibrant surroundings and options for children.

The hotel, set for a December 21 launch, comes complete with a swimming pool, a gym, a spa and a selection of restaurants hoping to cater for any palate.

One of the most exciting upcoming openings Dubai has to look forward to is the opening of Atlantis, The Royal.

Set to be one lavish hotel (right next to its sibling Atlantis, The Palm), the stunning structure will boast a 90m high sky pool named Cloud 22 and a collection of elegant rooms, suites and signature penthouses featuring spectacular views of the Dubai skyline and the Arabian Sea.

Other exciting headlines from the new hotel will be a wellness facility offering treatments, a private beach and several pools.

But the food is what we’re most enthusiastic about. Atlantis, The Royal will be filled with top-notch restaurants headed up by some of the most respected chefs from around the globe.

This means it will be a must-visit destination for residents and tourists alike. Wondering what big names are opening up eateries inside? Peruvian flavours from Latin America are what La Mar by Gastón Acurio will be all about. Nobu by the Beach will be the first of its kind globally, while Spanish cuisine crafted by top chef José Andrés is being served at Jaleo Dubai.

Quirky British chef Heston Blumenthal will also bring his creations to Dubai with the opening of the world-famous Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and Ling Ling Dubai on the 23rd floor of the hotel is set to offer some banging views.
