WWE star Jimmy Uso once again arrested for DUI!

Jimmy Uso, the popular WWE wrestler has been arrested once again for Driving Under Influence (DUI) in Pensaciola, Florida.

According to the police in Pensacola, the wrestler was pulled over last night for crossing the red light and over-speeding, as he was going 50 mph in a 35 mph zone at 10:35 pm. The police documents say that while questioning Uso, the officer smelled alcohol. Subsequently, they asked the 35-year-old WWE star to move out of his car.

As Uso came out of the car, police said that Jimmy was unsteady and confessed to the officers that he had consumed “multiple” before driving out. As the drill goes, the police officers ran a field sobriety test on Uso, which he apparently failed. As reported by the authorities, Uso’s breathalyzer results indicate his blood alcohol concentration was .202 and .205, while Florida’s legal BAC limit for operating a motor vehicle is .08.

According to the reports, Jimmy Uso was arrested on the spot and is still under arrest as of Tuesday morning, with a bond set at $500.

This is not the first time for Jimmy to visit jail due to driving under influence. The wrestler has a history of getting involved in legal trouble caused by alcohol. In 2019, Jimmy Uso, originally known as Jonathan Fatu, got involved in two legal incidents caused by alcohol. One of the incidents happened in Detroit, in which both Uso and his wife Naomi (Trinity Fatu) were involved. The couple was charged for a disorderly conduct and obstruction charge. That day, Uso allegedly had gotten into a drunken dispute with the cops.

The second incident happened the same year, just five months after the first incident. This instance too took place in Pensacola, Florida, where he was charged with similar offences as yesterday. Uso was caught driving under the influence and was also charged for over-speeding. However, in that case, Uso contested the DUI and was found not guilty by a jury.
