The cuisine is offered by the restaurant is plated and inspired by artists Andreu Carulla and Adrien Miller’outstanding creations.

The acclaimed concept and product designer Carulla specifically designed signature plating for the restaurant to increase the customers’ dining experience.

While telling about his inspiration for the menu, Dugundu stated, “I want every ethnicity to come to The Trove, as there will be something for everyone. Like the art on the wall, our menu will reflect our creative take on food. Art brings individuals together, and so does food. We want to build something everyone can relish with a core focus on the freshest ingredients and the finest culinary talents.”

The Trove offers worldwide cuisine and curated art installations from the world’s prominent modern contemporary artists.

The venue offers three sections to choose from, each giving visitors a unique experience. Guests can either dine inside the restaurant, unwind at the shisha lounge or tour around the largest terrace in Dubai mall, with a front-row seat to the world’s biggest fountain show and a close-up view of the world’s tallest building, Burj Khalifa.

The venue is so aesthetic that it also offers Instagram-able moments, from a floral throne centrepiece made by NewYork city based florist Mr Flower Fantastic and modern takes on ancient sculptures made by urban artists duo Pichiavo. The Trove will also feature glow in the dark graffiti that alters shape according to the time of day.
