According to the DIFC, under the three-year plan, a new hyper-connected judicial network and cutting-edge legal procedures for increased accessibility to court services will also be made.

Sheikh Maktoum pointed out that the DIFC Courts seek to set industry firsts while offering a distinctively experienced and international court service proposition, dealing with the most complicated transnational disputes.

Sheikh Maktoum stated, “The maturity of its service order and the rapid speed at which this service efficiency has developed highlights the vital role the DIFC Courts has in supporting Dubai and the DIFC’s position as a multinational business hub by engendering trust, faith, and protecting business continuity.”

“Today, we approved the new Strategic Work Plan to instil a different belief that the DIFC Courts will forge ahead to shape the new dynamics of multinational dispute resolution. The Strategic Work Plan was made to actively support DIFC strategic objectives and launch a new legal, technological infrastructure era that meets current requirements,” said Sheikh Maktoum.

The Strategic Work plan accepts end-to-end digital technology, assuring court systems are innovative enough, user-friendly as well as agile to keep pace with global commerce.
