Patients at Fakeeh University Hospital will now be able to get the service of a one-stop-shop patient engagement online platform as the hospital has gone digital with Okadoc’s white-labelled solution to digitalise the experiences of patients.

The platform will enable patients to book appointments immediately in 30 seconds or even less around 18 specialities and 40 doctors, including the Covid-19 vaccinations and telehealth appointments as well.

With more than four decades of legacy from the Fakeeh Care Group, the hospital assures all its patients have ease of mind along with comfort when visiting its establishments.

Launched by Okadoc, patients can now utilise Fakeeh University Hospital’s website, mobile App, or Whatsapp bot to look for a provider by its name, clinic’s location, language, speciality, gender and country of education.

Patients can now quickly check real-time availabilities and book their appointments without any support from admin or hassle. The platform will also remind its patients about their appointments via different methods like SMS, email, and push notifications while also allowing patients to know if there is an earlier appointment available.

While further using patients’ experience, the Okadoc technology gives the ability to transfer as well as receive documents and also pay for their consultations online.

This helps reduce the waiting time at the hospital. Okadoc was authorised by the Dubai Health Authority as well as the United Arab Emirates’ Telecommunications Regulatory Authority and is also trusted by some of the area’s top healthcare groups as well as insurers.

With more than 15 locations around the UAE and Saudi Arabia, Fakeeh Care launched its hospital and medical university in Dubai Silicon Oasis. The hospital combines both technology and health for patients’ easier and smoother experience.
