Bank Muscat recently Launched digital services for customers. These digital services will be provided with the inclusion of digital platforms like WhatsApp. Notably, Bank Muscat is known as the leading bank of Oman. Digital services have been introduced to provide institutional customers with updates regarding the market news. These customers can now avail the market updates through various digital platforms, including WhatsApp.

According to Bank authorities ever-increasing popularity of social media platforms, especially WhatsApp, make it need of an hour to switch to these latest medium of communication with customers.
