Visitors can look forward to a week filled with spectacular performances, breathtaking visuals, and authentic Emirati experiences. The celebration promises to blend tradition and innovation, capturing the nation’s cultural richness in a way that resonates with residents and tourists alike.

Among the highlights will be a grand fireworks display illuminating the sky in the colours of the UAE flag from December 1 to 3 at 9 pm. Complementing the fireworks will be UAE-themed drone shows on December 1 and 2, creating a stunning visual narrative of the nation’s history and future ambitions.

One of the major attractions of the event is the theatrical dance operetta titled “From the Desert to the Stars,” performed twice daily between December 1 and 3. The production is expected to take audiences on a captivating journey through the UAE’s transformation—from its desert origins to its rise as a global powerhouse.

Traditional performances, including Yola and Harbiya dances, will animate the park throughout the week, offering visitors a glimpse into the UAE’s vibrant cultural traditions. Adding to the festive atmosphere, Khaleeji artist Khalid Mohammed will perform live on December 1 at 9 pm, bringing his soulful regional music to the main stage.

In celebration of the nation’s heritage, ten cultural installations representing different aspects of Emirati life will be placed around the park.

Visitors can also explore the Emirates Pavilion, 971 Community Pavilion, and the Khalifa Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Foundation for Humanitarian Works Pavilion, each offering a curated selection of Emirati and Union Day products.

As the UAE marks 54 years of unity, Global Village aims to offer a celebration that embodies the country’s progress and multicultural identity. With its blend of entertainment, tradition, and national pride, this year’s Eid Al Etihad promises to be a memorable tribute to the UAE’s enduring spirit.
