Major Ahmed Masoud Al-Mazrouy, Director of Community Security Sector, Abu Dhabi Police, attended the session. He also confirmed the importance of programs and courses to reduce traffic points. He believes that they help modify drivers’ behaviour and reduce traffic accidents. After completing the course program, these developments are responsible for recovering the participants’ driving licenses.

The police force has clarified that Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Zafra held 729 courses in the first half of 2023. They conducted these courses in several languages (Arabic, English and Urdu). The motivation behind this was that the largest number of targets could benefit from its programs.

The authorities are also keen to provide services to respond to reviewer inquiries. They are registering those who wish to join training programs and giving telephone communication with the public.

Colonel Ahmed Juma’a Al-Khayeli, the director of the Police Follow-up and Follow-Up Care Department in the Community Security Sector, urged drivers to comply with traffic laws and regulations. They also added that drivers do not commit violations requiring the registration of points in their traffic record.

These points may lead to license revocation, stopping them from driving and seizing the vehicle. Under the traffic point reduction system, the authorities provide three programs. The opportunity allows traffic violators to review their behaviour, compliance and compliance with rules and regulations.

The first program benefits every driver with a driver’s license who registered with traffic points from (8 to 23) points. Further, the driver can enter once a year for each previous traffic point. Further, he can get an eight-point reduction if he passes the course.

Meanwhile, The second program benefits people whose driver’s licenses have been withdrawn. Acoordingly, who exceed the cumulative traffic point limit of 24 points from the owners of first, second and third passports, including temporary and permanent licenses, and the condition that the permit is withdrawn, and prolongs the legal period of withdrawal, while the third program targets every driver with a violation that involves Book her in.
