Dubai Police Athletes comes forward to join the Dubai 30X30 Challenge 2022

The Dubai Police, represented by the Athletes Council, organized a 'Walk' event at Al Mamzar track, with the participation of the Government Executive Initiatives Council, as part of the force's participation in the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30 X 30.

Major Dr Expert Saeed Al Marri, Head of the Dubai Police Athletes Council, praised the participants’ enthusiasm and their efforts to achieve the goals of the “Dubai Fitness Challenge” initiative that promotes a long-term healthy lifestyle among all ages of community members through different levels of physical activities. “It also consolidates Dubai’s position as the world’s most active, vibrant, and happiest city,” he added.

The event is among 47 sporting activities organized by Dubai Police in conjunction with the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2022, which was launched in 2017 by His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Chairman of the Executive Council.

It is worth noting that the Dubai Fitness Challenge 2022 started on 29 October and will end on 27 November; the challenge encourages citizens across the city to do 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days.

To help all community members achieve this goal, there is a packed schedule of activities and events for all ages around Dubai to get involved in, including football, watersports, padel tennis, yoga, and cricket.
