Dubai: The Dubai Police has recently participated in the ‘Ru’ya Careers UAE Redefined’ fair, which was held last Tuesday and concluded its activities today (20-22, September 2022) at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
The event is one of the platforms which offers job prospects, opportunities to engage with leading employers, career-focused discussions, interactive workshops, study options and higher education opportunities, training opportunities, and all services necessary to progress in a career.
Among more than one hundred companies, Dubai Police opened up opportunities to interview talented and qualified individuals. It allowed them to submit their CV in person, through the Dubai Police official website ejob.dubaipolice.gov.ae, or via the smart Application.
Major General Dr Saleh Abdullah Murad, Director of the General Department of Human Resources, confirmed that Dubai Police supports the government’s strategic objectives to empower the youth and priorities the UAE’s national Emiratisation plan. “We aim to recruit Emirati cadres from both genders to be part of our security and policing work,” he continued.
This year, the Force was keen on including people of determination from its cadre to welcome the visitors to the platform and introduce them to the available jobs and submission procedures.
In line with the “My Community… A City for Everyone” initiative, which aims at turning Dubai into a friendly city for people of determination, the Dubai Police platform offered a sign language service for visitors of determination to ensure equality and fairness in recruitment for all segments of the society.
