Bagdad, Iraq: The Minister of Education of Iraq has recently shared an update informing about the enhancement of the education system of the country for the younger population of the nation.
It recently outlined that the Ministry has been adopting various ways to improve and stabilize the education system.
According to the official update, stabilizing education is a ministerial step to unify the horizon of public and family education within strategic plans.
As per the statement by the Ministry of Education, during his meeting with the Director General of Education, Dr Ibrahim Nams Al-Jabouri, the Director of Public and Domestic and Foreign Education, Dr Daykh Jabbar Al-Ghariri, and the staff of the Directorate, the importance of following the course of ministerial plans laid out with a firm strategy to stabilize education within private institutions.
The Ministry’s Media Office also mentioned that the Directorate reviewed in front of the minister the most important electronic programs that it recently launched to reduce negative phenomena and reduce corruption in the application of the National Strategy for Integrity in granting holidays and permission to open private institutions, and the attendance circulated centres based on departments and people in preparation for the start of the new academic year.
The Ministry continues to work for the betterment of the sector.
On the same day, the Ministry of Education confirmed the support for the rehabilitation and maintenance of school buildings in Sadda and Talia districts.
The Ministry of Education / General Directorate for Education in Babylon established support for the rehabilitation and maintenance of school buildings within the provisions of the Food Security Law and the Ministry’s number one project in the two areas of Saddah and Talia under the supervision of the Directorate General of Education Mahdi Saleh Al-Awadi and the Department of Engineer in the Directorate.
The Ministry’s Media Office furthermore confirmed that the decision to extend working hours to three meals a day, issued by the Prime Minister’s state, contributed greatly to raising the achievement percentage in a way that meets the ministerial ambitions aimed at providing an adequate number of schools in preparation for the next academic year.
