Saint Lucia: Philip J Pierre – The Prime Minister of Saint Lucia has expressed his immense joy and pleasure regarding the return of the ‘Jazz and Arts Festival’ in the country, which commenced at the Mindoo Philip Park yesterday (Friday) on May 5th, 2023.
The festival hosted a massive crowd of Saint Lucians who celebrated the occasion with joy and togetherness.
According to the latest updates, Prime Minister Philip J Pierre of the Caribbean country took to his official social media account and welcomed the citizens and residents to attend the Jazz and Art Festival.
Through his Facebook account caption, PM Philip J Pierre noted, “I am overwhelmed by the response to the return of the Saint Lucia Jazz and Arts Festival, which commenced at the Mindoo Phillip Park.”
While welcoming the people of the Caribbean country to the Jazz and Art Festival, Prime Minister Philip J Pierre expressed his gratitude and overwhelmingness and cited, “It was a pleasure to host the thousands of people who came to my constituency to celebrate this spectacular return. Let us build on this success.”
Furthermore, it was also stated that Jazz and Art Festival hosted a number of events and musical performances for the people of Saint Lucia.
A variety of renowned artists and performers registered their presence during the event and made the people groove to their songs and concerts.
Moreover, Prime Minister of Saint Lucia Philip J Pierre also cited that this year’s Jazz and Art Festival is one of the biggest events that took place in his constituency, where his fellow Saint Lucians joined him in the celebrations.
In addition, the Jazz and Arts Festival further featured icon Shenseea and Soca Legend Kes Band, which headlined the event and delivered their best performances for the attending population of Saint Lucia.
Meanwhile, Prime Minister also took it to greet the citizens following the event and noted, “I wish you all a safe and enjoyable weekend, filled with all that Jazz.”
