The Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica - Dr Roosevelt Skerrit, has arrived and joined the leaders from the European Union (EU) and Community of Latin American and Caribbean States (CELAC) to participate in the third EU-CELAC summit to be held from 17 to 18 July 2023 in Brussels, Belgium.
