Dubai-based Transguard Group, a leading provider of security, facilities management, cash services, and white-collar staffing solutions in the UAE, has unveiled a significant recruitment initiative, seeking to hire 1,000 motorbike riders. The announcement, made on Monday, marks the company’s second major hiring effort of 2024.

The recruitment drive is set to begin today, August 19, with Open Days scheduled at Transguard’s accommodations in Jebel Ali 6 and Sonapur 11.

Interested candidates can attend these sessions from 8 am to 1 pm, with the Open Days running through Thursday. Prospective applicants must possess a UAE driving license issued in or before February 2024 to be eligible.

The job offers a comprehensive benefits package designed to attract experienced drivers. The salary is listed as Dh1,500 per month, complemented by overtime and a fuel allowance of up to Dh300. Additionally, employees will receive a company-provided motorbike, mobile phone, SIM card, accommodation, medical insurance, visa, an annual flight ticket, and a 30-day paid leave.

Allan McLean, Head of Transport at Transguard Group, highlighted the opportunity for experienced food delivery drivers to join the company. “This is an exciting opportunity for experienced food delivery drivers to join one of the most trusted companies in the UAE,” McLean said.

This announcement follows a similar recruitment campaign earlier in the year. In May, Transguard Group held Open Days at Emirates Headquarters to recruit chauffeur drivers, showcasing the company’s ongoing expansion and commitment to growing its workforce.

Established in 2001, Transguard Group has become a major player in the UAE’s business solutions sector, employing over 61,000 people. The latest recruitment drive underscores the company’s continued growth and its dedication to providing comprehensive and reliable services across the UAE.

The new roles are expected to play a crucial part in Transguard’s operations, particularly in the areas of logistics and delivery services. The provision of a company motorbike and other benefits reflects Transguard’s focus on supporting its employees and ensuring a high standard of service.

The company’s strategic hiring plans are indicative of its broader business goals and its role in supporting the UAE’s evolving workforce needs. The recruitment drive also highlights the growing demand for delivery services in the region, driven by the increasing reliance on fast and efficient logistics solutions.

For those interested in applying, the Open Days at Transguard’s Jebel Ali and Sonapur locations present a valuable opportunity to secure a position with one of the UAE’s most established and trusted companies.
