South-easterly to north-easterly and north-westerly winds reaching speeds of about 40kph could cause more dust clouds, with such weather set to persist.

The NCM stated for Tuesday that it would be dusty in the day and partly cloudy at times in some areas, with a chance of slight rain on the eastern side, which may extend over some internal and northern regions with another fall in temperature.

The UAE could also witness intermittent rain from Tuesday to Thursday. The rain will mainly shower on the nation’s east coast but could also hit some other areas.

The NCM for Wednesday predicts more cloudy weather in some parts of the country with slighter chances of rain and a significant fall in temperatures.

It stated that strong south-easterly to north-easterly winds of around 60kph could whip up dust clouds and decrease visibility.

Conditions will continue to stay the same on Thursday as well, with the chance of showers in the east and over coastal regions during day time.
