The sudden death of Bollywood star Sushant Singh Rajput has caused a major controversy. Celeb Rhea Chakraborty, who was in a relationship with Sushant Singh Rajput, was charged with allegedly cheating and robbing in the late actor’s house and later even of drug consumption.

The Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) hopped into a battle, and they alleged that the actor was an active member in consuming drugs. The actress, along with Showik (her brother), was also arrested and had to spend almost a month in prison before they were granted bail by the Bombay High Court.

Rhea has been since keeping a low profile after she was granted bail after being in a judicial custody for almost a month. She was taken into police custody after the Narcotics Control Bureau filed charges against her in a drug case that was related to the death of Sushant Rajput.

According to the reports, she has been getting various offers for films and web series but has not signed anything yet. Last November, NDPS (Narcotics Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) court consented to Rhea Chakraborty’s appeal to defreeze her bank accounts.

Bollywood actress Rhea Chakraborty was last seen in the movie ‘Chehre’ directed by Rumy Jafry, which she signed before the demise of her rumoured boyfriend Rajput. The film also starred Emraan Hashmi, Amitabh Bachchan, Annu Kapoor and Krystle D’Souza, among others. The movie was released last month and got mixed reviews from critics and audiences.
