United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi: The Centre for Information and Communications Systems has recently organized an open day for affiliates in cooperation with the Missions Administration in the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police. The event was also held in association with the Muhammad Bin Zayed University for Artificial Intelligence at the centre building on June 20, 2023 (Today). 

According to the shared updates, the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police has taken to its official social media account to share a glimpse of the event.

The officials mentioned, “In cooperation with the Missions Administration in the General Command of Abu Dhabi Police, organized an open day for affiliates in cooperation with Muhammad Bin Zayed University for Artificial Intelligence.”

In this context, the reports also outlined that the open day event was held to introduce future academic specialities proposed by the University of Artificial Intelligence. The authorities have conveyed that the initiative will also assist in technological advancements, further enhancing the improvement and development per strategic priorities and goals.

On his part, the presenter Dr Ahmed Mohammed Bati Al-Ramithy, Director of Security Systems Administration at the Information and Communications Systems Centre, emphasized the importance of the exchange of scientific and specialized knowledge to raise the potential of those who wish to study the fields of artificial intelligence.

Furthermore, “The advancements in such fields can be achieved and obtained in accordance with the scientific curriculum by reinforcing ongoing efforts to develop police and security work,” said the reports.

During the event, it turned out that the university study follows the efforts of the Abu Dhabi Police in employing artificial intelligence technologies through the Safe City Centre for better results.

It was stressed that as part of its strategic plan to develop, update, crime forecast and prevent and enhance the level of traffic safety management for drivers and road users can be made better functional. The authorities can remain up to date and prepared for future actions through advanced systems that are the latest globally and locally.

Meanwhile, the Director of Security Systems Management at the Information and Communications Systems Centre thanked and appreciated Mohammed Bin Zayed University for Artificial Intelligence for its distinguished participation.
