Her Excellency Dr Maryam Ibrahim Al-Hajri, Assistant Advocate for Public Health, participated as a speaker at the works of the Ninth Health Conference 2022, which was held during the period from 15-16 November 2022 via video call.
The conference was held under the generous patronage of Dun Qareena, His Highness, Governor of Sharjah, Sheikh Jawahar bint Muhammad Al-Qasimi, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Family Affairs in Sharjah, with the participation of leaders and representatives of a number of health institutions and entities at the regional and international level, among the most prominent health organization. It is noteworthy that Dr Maryam Al-Hajri, Assistant for Public Health, has submitted a working paper on the second day of the conference on the Kingdom of Bahrain’s experience with the health finance project. In her talk, she talked about the beginning of launching the project, its goals, implementation mechanism, health selection criteria, and how to promote the project.
