Dubai Police: Customer Happiness Department processes more than 1 Million transactions in 2021

The Dubai Police Customer Happiness Department, as per the information shared by the official Facebook page of Dubai Police, received 1,087,411 transactions last year, of which 92.5% were processed digitally and 7.5% in person.

 Compared to 888,562 transactions received the year before, 90.4% were processed digitally and 9.6% in person.

Regarding the Participation Rate in local, regional and international awards, the Dubai Police received 53 awards last year for local, regional and global recognition.

These statistics were revealed during an annual inspection of the General Department of Excellence and Pioneering, carried out by His Excellency Major General Abdullah Al Ghaithi, Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Operations Affairs, accompanied by Brigadier Sheikh Muhammad Abdullah Al Mualla, Director of Excellence and Pioneering Department at Dubai Police; Brigadier Dr Saleh Al Hamrani, Deputy Director of the General Department for Excellence and Pioneering, and other senior officers.

Lt. Gen. Al Ghaithi praised the General Department of Excellence and Pioneering for their vital role in the Force and their excellent performance and devotion to ensuring institutional excellence and customer happiness.

Recently The Dubai Police Hemaya International Centre, under the patronage of His Excellency Lieutenant General Abdullah Khalifa Al Marri, Commander-in-Chief of Dubai Police, has launched the second edition of the Hemeya Clip Contest in cooperation with Hamdan bin Mohammad bin Rashid Al Maktoum International Photography Award.

The Dubai Police Award for the Best Awareness Video of Photography in the Security Field, also known as Hemaya Clip, targets students of universities, institutes and colleges inside the UAE of all nationalities and citizens of the UAE who are on scholarships abroad.

The Hemaya Clip, an Award of AED 100,000,

 aims to embrace creative of and innovation to address various security and police challenges, foresee the security future through the eyes of the youth and enhance the communication channels with all university students and affiliates of institutes and colleges from different universities and nationalities and allowing them to highlight their ideas and talents in producing creative and purposeful clips.
