Two United Arab Emirates (UAE) based Indian immigrants have won a grand prize of around 100,000 Dirham (Rs 20,76,657) each in a weekly draw held every week in Dubai.
The winners of the draw, Ahmed and Mohammed, matched five out of the six winning numbers in the 70th Mahzooz weekly live draw that was held on Saturday, April 9.
Both the Indian immigrants are delighted after winning this lottery and shared their views regarding the same.
Ahmed, a 54-year-old man, who works as a supervisor at valet parking based in Dubai, is very delighted to win this lucky draw.
Ahmed stated, “I will use this money to educate my children, complete the construction of my house and will also pay for my mother’s eye operation. This lottery money has made my Ramadan so much more special.”
The other winner, Mohammed, who works as a construction manager in Abu Dhabi, is also a regular Mahzooz draw participant.
“I have a new baby on the way, so this win could not have come at a better time as it will help me safeguard my daughter and my baby’s future,” stated Mohammed.
Mohammed plans to help his extended family in India. He said his relatives had suffered financial setbacks due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
Mohammed and Ahmed now stand a chance to win another draw of the 2022 Nissan Patrol Platinum V8 as part of the one-off particular Ramzan mega raffle draw that will be taking place on April 30 to celebrate Eid Al Fitr.
The next draw of 10 million Dirham (Rs 20,76,57,628) will be now broadcasted live on Saturday, April 16 at 9 pm UAE(United Arab Emirates) time (10:30 pm IST). Participants can take part in both the Mahzooz mega draw and the raffle draw by registering themselves on the app or the website.
