A recruitment drive will be run by Etihad for cabin crew in Dubai during the week starting on June 13, Monday.

Abu Dhabi-based airline Etihad Airways had earlier disclosed that it would recruit around 1000 people with an experience in hospitality to join its cabin crew.

The UAE carriers have continuously hired new staff during the last few quarters. They have recalled some of its staff sent on extended leave during the COVID-19 pandemic as the aviation sector is recovering rapidly because of the high flow of visitors. The local carriers had detailed over 300 jobs on their official website during the start of this month.

A statement issued by Etihad stated that selected applicants would be called to assessment days on June 14 and 15.

“Etihad proposes a competitive salary and benefits package for cabin crew that not only contains modern accommodation and travel allowances but the chance to learn and grow, see the world and be part of an internationally acknowledged and award-winning team,” it said.

Etihad Airways is the 2nd flag carrier airline of the United Arab Emirates. Its head office is located in Khalifa City, Abu Dhabi, near Abu Dhabi International Airport. Etihad started operations in November 2003. Its name Etihad is based on an Arabic word and means’ United’.
