In the time of Globalisation and Urbanisation, balancing work and well-being is becoming difficult. People often find it difficult to find free time for recreational activities or time for their family affairs.

This dedicated series has the title “Alumni Speaker Series”. The university is preparing for a successful seminar. A large number of people are supposed to visit on the occasion on this day at the seminar.

In the academic field, students find themselves struck with a dilemma. In the race for academic success, students are subjected to unreasonable comparisons with their peers. This comparison with the peers pushed the students towards pressure, burnout and exhaustion. Organisers of the seminar further added that the seminar would focus on giving tips for striking a balance between academic success, happiness, and personal growth.

Similarly, the seminar will highlight the issues being faced by working women. In the patriarchal society, the condition of working women is more tragic. Society has many stereotypes about women they have to look after the children as well as household activities.

University students and staff members expressed their happiness over the organisation of the seminar. They said that this would prove beneficial for people of all ages, irrespective of their ages. The seminar will teach them how to strengthen a healthy and successful balance in their academic life, keeping their professional life and personal health undisturbed.
