Pink Caravan set to spread awareness for Breast cancer among different cities in UAE

The leading campaign organizers of Sharjah have organized a breast cancer awareness campaign which offers free consultations, mammograms and ultrasound screenings to women in the UAE.

Famously known for its campaigns, Pink Caravan has taken the annual initiative to spread awareness among people about breast cancer.

Pink Caravan has started its tour in Sharjah on Saturday, Ajman on Sunday, and Dubai on Monday.

Mobile and minivan clinics will be visiting four emirates in total throughout the month of October.

Sharjah 

The Clinics will offer free examinations for mammograms and screenings at locations in Sharjah, including the University of Sharjah and the Sharjah Emirates Identity Authority, on October 4, 5, and 19 between 9 am and 3 pm.

Other locations include Sharjah Ladies Club on October 7, between 4 pm and 10 pm, and Al Majaz Waterfront on October 27, between 4 pm and 10 pm.

Dubai

People living in Dubai can walk in for free checkups on October 8 at Mirdif City Centre and on October 15 at La Mer, between 4 pm and 10 pm at both locations.

 Clinics of Pink Caravan and experienced medical staff will also be available between 4 pm and 10 pm on October 16 at the Dubai Frame and at Al Mamzar Park before moving to Raw Coffee on October 23 from 10 am to 4 pm.

The clinics will operate from the Future Museum and head to Dubai Digital Park in Dubai Silicon Oasis on October 30 to offer inspections between 4 pm and 10 pm.

Abu Dhabi

Free walk-in examinations and spreading awareness in Abu Dhabi will start on October 8 at Yas Mall from 4 pm to 10 pm and at Umm Al Emarat Park on October 18 between 4 pm and 9 pm.
