Ongoing Dubai Fitness Challenge ’30 X 30′, which started from 29 October to 27 November, has motivated many people across the world to stay fit; on Saturday Dubai Police Academic and Training Sector organised a ‘Walk Event’ at Dubai Police Academy to promote the participation of Police force Academy into a fitness challenge.

As per the information shared by the official English account of Dubai Police on Facebook, His Excellency Major General Dr Ghaith Ghanem Al Suwaidi, Acting Assistant Commander-in-Chief for Academic Affairs and Training joined the walk with Brigadier Badran Al Shamsi, Director of the General Department for Training at Dubai Police; Mohammad Butti Al Shamsi, Acting Director of the Dubai Police Academy, and several senior officers, directors of sub-departments, and employees.

The official Facebook account of Dubai Police shared that Maj. Gen. Al Suwaidi praised the 170 participants’ interaction with the ‘Walk’ event and their efforts to achieve the goals of the “Dubai Fitness Challenge” initiative that promotes a long-term healthy lifestyle among all ages of community members through different levels of physical activities. “It also consolidates Dubai’s position as the world’s most active, vibrant, and happiest city,” he added.

It is worth noting that Dubai Fitness 2022, which started on 29 October and will be ending on 29 November this month, everyone the fitness challenge promotes physical health. The primary motive of the challenge is to encourage Dubai residents to do 30 minutes of exercise every day for a month.

There is a packed calendar of activities and events for all ages around Dubai, including football, watersports, padel tennis, yoga, and cricket.

Dubai police have been active since the Dubai Fitness Challenge 30 X 30 was initiated; the force has been seen participating in various fitness activities to promote the importance of fitness and health among the citizens.
