The Marbella Resort, inspired by the Spanish coastal town of Marbella, will stretch over half a million square meters and include diverse attractions such as coral reefs, marine life, and Andalusian-themed gardens.

The development aims to provide guests with an immersive Spanish cultural experience right in the heart of Dubai.

Located on the exclusive World Islands, accessible only by private yacht, the Marbella Resort will be surrounded by nine different types of coral reefs, housing over 30 marine species.

These private coral reefs, a pioneering feature for luxury hotels, will allow guests to snorkel and dive among vibrant marine life, including angelfish, anemonefish, lionfish, and green turtles. This initiative is part of a broader coral reef master plan for The Heart of Europe, emphasizing environmental sustainability.

“We envisioned a destination that provides a unique cultural escape with experiences that are authentically Spanish, right here in Dubai,” said Josef Kleindienst, Chairman of Kleindienst Group.

“We have been conscious of our commitment to making our projects environmentally friendly, with the employment of solar power and the adoption of policies aimed at zero discharge of microplastics.”

The resort will feature an all-year-round rainy street, extended to a length of 1km to completely encircle the resort, offering a unique weather experience for guests.

Additionally, the snow plaza will allow visitors to enjoy a winter wonderland in the midst of Dubai’s desert climate, making it an attractive destination for tourists seeking novel experiences.

The Marbella Resort Hotel, part of the Vignette Collection by IHG Hotels and Resorts, will offer 150 luxurious rooms, including suites, chalets, and cabanas, with views of the sea, snow plaza, or the rainy street.

Guests will also have access to six restaurants serving authentic European cuisine, ensuring a diverse gastronomic experience. The beachside destination will host beach parties, water sports, and open-air sea-breeze restaurants, providing ample entertainment options.

In addition to its unique weather features, the Marbella Resort will boast lush gardens, sunken courtyards, and citrus and olive groves, capturing the essence of Andalusian landscapes. These elements will contribute to the resort’s serene and picturesque ambiance, offering guests a tranquil retreat.

The Kleindienst Group has a history of delivering innovative projects in The Heart of Europe. Last year, they unveiled the French-themed Côte d’Azur resort, which is divided into four sections representing Monaco, Nice, Cannes, and St. Tropez.

The Marbella Resort will be its neighbor, adding to the region’s diverse and culturally rich offerings. The Heart of Europe also features Honeymoon Island, where guests can stay in floating seahorse villas, further enhancing the area’s appeal as a luxury destination.

With its groundbreaking design and commitment to environmental sustainability, the Marbella Resort is set to become a landmark destination in Dubai, offering a unique blend of luxury, culture, and ecological awareness.

Visitors can look forward to an unparalleled experience, blending the charm of Spain with the innovation and luxury of Dubai.
