Cairo, Egypt: Dr Asim Al-Jazar, Minister of Housing, Infrastructure and Civil Communities of Egypt, issued a decision to remove the crossings located within the boundaries of the Tourist Villages System in the Villa Unit, a (special) model in Region 22 of the Marina Ulameen Tourist Center, which consists of annexation of a green surface for the unit from the eastern side and the tribal side, without a license.
The text of the decision is that the Tourist Villages Authority will take over the cooperation of both the Construction Police and the specialized Police Department.
As per the official update, in a connected context, Engineer Ali Saad, head of Al-Shorouk City Development Unit, said that an expanded campaign has been launched to review the parking of vehicles and heavy equipment operating in the city, where the campaign brought the main and sub-roads with the participation of the city’s Construction Police Department.
The head of Al-Shorouk City device explained, that the campaign resulted in the arrest and release of 7 violations, including 2 mixers and 2 loaders, operating without permission, and so 3 Tricycles, were driven and stored at the headquarters of the device and legal proceedings against violators have been completed.
As per the official update, Engineer Ali Saad, the head of Al-Shorouk City Equipment, added that the Immediate Removal Committee, with the participation of the construction police department, managed to stop two building violations in their cradle, and these violations represented the increase of the construction percentage by the violation of building permits, it is clear that the committee stopped business in its cradle as soon as there were construction materials prepared for a purpose.
The violation, the project is being implemented in one piece of land in the second district, as well as the removal of the violating walls outside the structural ratio of a plot of land in the area of seven buildings, and the tools and construction materials were preserved and legal action were taken against the owners of violations.
The head of the Al-Shorouk City Department demanded the owners of land plots to comply with the construction conditions and not commit violation works and direct the investment in construction according to permits to protect savings and not fall under the law, and certainly not to compromise the violations and deal with them with care on the civil front of Al-Shorough City.
Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, head of the city development 6 said an extensive removal campaign has been launched on the northern and southern sectors to remove building violations, targeting one of the compounds in the northern sector and prompt removal to increase the structural percentage of the flat roof rooms for residential buildings numbers 22, 23, 24, 12.
The Carpenter added that a campaign was launched on the southern section of the city, targeting the first district, removing studios that violated the Section 394 license conditions in adjacent to the second neighbourhood, and converting the activity from residential to commercial by violating the conditions behind Section 397.
In a related context, the “Carpenter” continuously monitored, followed up and tuned violated cars and pumps operating without a license and took organized legal action in this regard.
