Compared to 189 indicators in 2020, it came among the top ten globally in 432 indicators, compared to 314 before the pandemic, and it is also remarkable that the UAE topped the most important indicators, including attracting talent, infrastructure, the flexibility of laws and the ability to adapt.

As for the economic indicators, they are a source of great strength and clear evidence of the extent of the UAE’s ability to implement its plans and strategies with great success, as the country’s foreign trade jumped in the first six months of this year to more than one trillion dirhams, compared to 840 billion dirhams before the pandemic, and its economic growth exceeded 22 percent.

The tourism sector also provided important signs of a strong recovery, after its revenues exceeded 19 billion dirhams during the first half.

The exception and the model that the UAE has established for its global position comes at a time when most countries are still suffering from the negative effects of the pandemic, and global trade has not yet regained its growth, to confirm that the UAE is moving strongly on its positive path opposite to the global trend, and to herald that its development, prosperity and future are better and more beautiful, and stronger.
