The partnership will be initiated in three phases, with the first being the formation of an online ‘Al Quoz Neighbourhood’ on the app that will provide talented people with different skills the opportunity to demonstrate their work, publicise their products and share their performances in the Al Quoz as well as other neighbourhoods around the city.

At this phase, the app will also be giving Dubai Culture the chance to disseminate all updates and notifications that it desires to share with community members.

The director-general of Dubai Culture, Hala Badri, stated, “Our collaboration with the Hayi app is within this framework and reflects our confidence in the significance of public-private partnerships to support the creative community and encourage the cultural landscape in Dubai.”

The second stage of this collaboration will witness the launch of other neighbourhoods till the whole city is covered, enabling each local company to access selected neighbourhoods free of cost.

The third and final phase will be featuring the launch of a group feature to link talents within their communities, as well as around Dubai. A calendar of events will also be presented, which will provide a more interactive way for talented people and entrepreneurs to set their events and keep up with everything new happening at the sectoral level.
